Shipping policy

At Bare Wellness, we are committed to delivering your order with the same care and attention that goes into every product we offer.

Shipping

  • We proudly ship throughout South Africa.
  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
  • Delivery typically takes 5–11 business days, depending on your location.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.
  • While we work with trusted courier partners, delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Returns

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used wellness products.
  • Ear seeding products that have been opened or used.
  • LED facial masks or red light therapy devices that have been used, unless they are found to be faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive a faulty product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number along with clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with applicable South African consumer protection laws.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
